Destination:
Cocktails will be an in-depth travel
guide profiling nearly two hundred of the very best craft cocktail bars
in
over forty cities world-wide. Shorter write ups will be
included for a further hundred bars. These profiles will guide the traveler towards superior cocktail destination on four continents.
Destination: Cocktails does not aim to be a recipe book nor a bartender’s manual.
Rather, the book will serve as a traveler’s handbook to the best places to find a top-tier drink, and an introduction to the people who move and (in particular) shake this community.
Destination: Cocktails will also spotlight local distillers in each city, giving a profile of the locally made spirits available to travelers. When possible, synergies between the listed bars and their local distillery counterparts will be highlighted.
